Cancellation Policy and Date Transfer

From the deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservations and sending the receipt, the reservation will be confirmed. If there is a need to cancel or change the date, the customer must communicate in writing to the Central Reservation, via whatsapp: 35 98814-0662 or email: pousadaceueserra@yahoo.com.br, no cancellations or changes will be accepted by phone. The cancellation or change of dates will be subject to the charging of fees according to the conditions below.

In advance reservations that are canceled within three days of confirmation, the amounts deposited as a deposit will be returned in full. In case of no-show or cancellation outside the three (03) days, the amounts received as a deposit will not be returned, unless we are able to fill the vacancy.

In holiday packages the term is 07 (seven) days, being 20 (twenty) days for Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival.

On Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival holidays after a period of 20 (twenty) days, 50% of the amount paid will be charged. In case we are able to fill the vacancy, we will refund the deposited amount in full.

 

Booking date transfer

No date transfer fee will be charged, only the eventual price difference between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:

 

Validity of the Transfer Order

Upon receipt of the transfer request by email, the term for using the credit for the deposited amount will be up to 1 (one) year.

 

Reservation cancellation for groups and events

If there is a need to cancel or change the date, the customer must communicate in writing to the Pousada's Central Reservation, e-mail :: pousadaceueserra@yahoo.com.br or WhatsApp: 35 98814-0662, no cancellations or changes by telephone are accepted . Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to fees.

Withdrawal without cancellation - “No show”

Failure to attend without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

Withdrawal after entry

The cancellation of stay upon arrival or after entering the inn, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE ANY RESTITUTION, CASH OR CREDIT REFUND IN NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate , except during the week, in low season.

 

* High season: from December 15th to January 30th and July.

* Low season period: February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November and 1st half of December.
