Cancellation and Date Changes Policy
 
From the deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservations and sending the voucher, the reservation will be confirmed. Should there be a need to cancel or change the date, the client must communicate in writing (via email) to the Reservation Center of the Pousada (pousadaceueserra@yahoo.com.br), not being accepted cancellation or change by telephone. The cancellation or change of dates will be subject to the collection of fees according to the conditions below.

Transfer of booking date

No transfer date will be charged, only any difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:

- Up to 07 days in advance of the date of entry for low season.
- Up to 15 days in advance of the date of entry for high season.

Fees charged per transfer that exceeded the deadlines

- During low season, between 07 and 03 days: 35% of the amount deposited.
- During high season, between 15 and 07 days: 40% of the amount deposited.
- During high season, between 06 and 03 days: 50% of the amount deposited. 

Holiday Packages

- Change with up to 30 days: no fee will be charged.
- Change between 29 and 15 days: 25% of the amount deposited.
- Change between 14 and 07 days: 35% of the amount deposited.
- Change between 06 and 03 days: 50% of the amount deposited.

* In packages of Christmas, New Year and Carnival there is no possibility of date changes.

Transfers of dates of 72 hours or less, prior to entry, will not be made in any period. There will be no refund of the amount deposited.

The validity of Changes Request

Upon receipt of the request for transfer by email, the term for the use of the credit related to the amount deposited will be up to 6 (six) months, with no possibility of re-booking. 

Cancellation of reservations

Low / High Season

Considering the beginning of the package or daily, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:

- until 30 days prior to entry, the return will be complete.
- Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Between 14 and 07 days prior to arrival: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- between 07 and 03 days prior to arrival: 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Less than 72 hours prior to the date of entry: NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.

Christmas / New Year's Eve / Carnival / Extended Holidays / Special Packages

- up to 30 days prior to the start of the package, the amount paid will be refunded.
- Between 29 and 15 days prior, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Between 14 and 10 days before, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Less than 10 days from the start of the package, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.

Cancellation of reservations for groups and events

In case of requests with up to 30 days prior to the start of the package, the amount paid will be refunded in full. Exceeding this deadline, the collection will be done as follows:

- Between 29 and 21 days prior to the start of the package, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Between 20 and 11 days prior to the start of the package, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- 10 days prior to the beginning of the package, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.

Cancellation without notice - "No show"

Non-attendance without prior written communication, on the expected date of arrival, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.

Withdrawal after entry

A waiver of stay on arrival or after entry into the inn, as well as early departure for any reason,  SHALL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REFUND OF MONEY OR CREDIT ON NEW DAILY, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily.

* Period of high season: from December 15 to February 28 and July.
* Low season: March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November and the first fortnight of December.
